How do I book the space?

You can book online here under our "Book the Space" section of our menu for daily rentals. If you plan to book frequently, we suggest checking out "Memberships" to save on your bookings. If you have any issues, you can always email thevmgmtstudio@gmail.com or text (334)-476-4295 to start your customized booking process.
What if I want to book a time not offered on the website?

Email thevmgmtstudio@gmail.com or text 334-476-4295 details of what exactly you are looking for in order to begin your customized booking process.
Am I allowed to come early to set up?

Setup and breakdown times should be included in your rental. We only allow a 15-minute grace period for AFTER your booking. Your access to the studio starts at exactly the time you have it rented for. Please note that a 15-minute grace period is not allowed for our Tuesday Specials.
What if I run over my original booking time?

Additional charges will accumulate after the 15-minute grace period is up, and is expected to be settled in full at the end of your booking. If there are clients scheduled to come in after you, then you will have to vacate the premises by the end of your booking's 15-minute grace period. Please note grace periods are NOT allowed for our Tuesday Specials. Be sure to include enough time for setup and breakdown, regardless of rental selection.
What comes with my booking?

Bookings for photography, videography, and content creation purposes have access to the provided studio gear. This includes a variety of backdrop colors and props, two (2) wooden v-flats, two (2) steady studio boxlights, two (2) Godox SK400II flashes (must provide own trigger), TV tethering capabilities (must provide own laptop/camera cord), dressing room, and access to a mini-fridge for snacks and water.
What type of work do you usually book the studio for?

We book an array of people here at The V MGMT Studio. We have photographers book to increase the professionalism they display to their clients, aspiring and experienced models book for portfolio updates, UGC creators book to make content, influencers book to make content; as well as birthday shoots, graduation shoots, engagement shoots - you name it! We have even had musical artists and podcasters book our space for listening parties, as well as to record in our semi-soundproofed room. We also have used the space for smaller, more intimate classes and events. Can I book The V MGMT Studio even if I am not a model or photographer?

Anyone is welcome to at the studio! We are available for birthdays shoots, maternity shoots, senior portraits, branding productions, and more!
Is the studio ADA Accessible?

Our upstairs studio is not; however, we are able to host any clients with disabilities in our downstairs space. Please be sure to note in your booking if this applies to you, or contact us for more information.
